Any major revisions (pose changes or large scale additions) are only permitted during the sketching phase. There will be additional fees if the Artist has commenced lining or coloring.

Minor revisions (color tweaks, small details/additions) are permitted during all stages of the commission.

Rush commissions will not be accepted due to personal reasons.

The commission will be completed within 3-12 weeks.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission without reason.

The Artist may decline a commission if they feel that they are unable to complete and deliver the final product to a high standard.

The Client has no right to trace or otherwise alter the finished artwork in any way without express permission from the Artist.

Both commercial and non commercial works are not permitted for use in NFTs or any other form of cryptocurrency.

Both commercial and non commercial works are not permitted for use in any AI generation and learning websites and/or programs.

The Client must provide the Artist with visual and/or written references wherever needed

Written only references (no visuals) will incur additional fees

All communications between Artist and Client must pertain to the commission; personal conversations will not be entertained.

Any persistence in this regard will result in being placed on the blacklist.

The Client must credit Shiino (@shiinouarts) as the Artist.

The Client will receive a high resolution file for the commission in both PNG and JPEG file formats

If a commercial fee has been discussed and paid, the client will also receive a flattened RGB PSD file
